about the cats
A few years ago I made a tweet thread about the anniversary of Della and I finding a kitten portal (cat distribution system as a term hadn't yet been coined and also kinda doesn't really do justice to what happened to us) and it went viral - to the point where the Dodo and other viralfarming places got in touch but last week Della found once which we'd never seen that is arguably the funniest and best.
I don't speak Chinese, but the English version of the page has an interesting mix of editorializing and presenting some of my own words from the tweets as part of the author's story - I think my favorite line is:
"Countless netizens were envious and moved to the point of collapse after watching it..."
Incredible.
Anyway I still live with double digit cats. Here's a more recent shot.
