In which I challenge myself to draw a pokemon every day until I stop
Had a wild last few days but I'll be damned if I don't make at least 10 minutes a day to draw a pokemon. Here's the catch-up:
Thur 02/19/2026 - Appleton
Gotta admit I was headscratching on the 'dragon' part of this until I saw its evolutions - I figured grass / bug would make more sense from visual clues but like, ok. It's the egg form of a dragon apple. Sure.
Fri 02/20/2026 - Centiskorch
By request! "Wasn't there like a scoliopede that was a fire type" and god damn, yea. There it is. Fire centipede. No notes, I rather enjoy this design!
Sat 02/21/2026 - Gorebyss
Ok - the pokedex entries on this thing are fucking wild but basically it boils down to it being a deep sea creature that pierces prey with its snout and "drains them of their fluids" leaving the corpses on the sea floor to be nutrients for other creatures. Let's fucking go.
Sadly it's locked behind a trade evolution, which I can't believe we're still doing in 2026.
