Apparently this is day 211 of the project, meaning I'm about 20% of the way through the currently released pokemon. That's pretty daunting considering Wind and Waves will absolutely launch before I catch up so that'll be what, an additional 100-ish?

Dude, love at first sight with this thing. It's so goddamn goofy??? Rotund frog creature? Sign me the fuck up, perfect design!! I regret my words and deeds about the newer pokemon designs from Scarlet and Violet being less than stellar.
I know it's not sustainable but I wanna play these games just to get one of these freaks on my team. Maybe a whole team of 'em.
Weds 06/10/2026 - Aipom
I'm so bad about prepping my space when the source art is uncharacteristically wide; what I mean by that here is that the tail (which is kind of an iconic part of the Aipom design since it's an additional hand) wasn't in my consideration location-wise when I started with the eyes...and well, lmao - here's a cursed purple monkey that's otherwise unremarkable outside of the unhinged smile.
Can't win 'em all. (But apparently gotta catch 'em)
