I know that I rag on pokemon designs fairly regularly but like this one...this fucking guy is a pure 10/10 shitpost. Penguin with an ice cube for a head? Sure! Why not! Nothing matters! I can't stop laughing at this fucking thing. Keep picturing scenes from happy feet but they're all these instead.

Honestly after I did this one I realized I missed out by not doing a more groundhog themed pokemon for today but like hey, what can you do. An elaborately round seal is evolutionarily not that far from a groundhog I guess. I have one of these in my current run of X and I named it Neil after the infamous menace of Tasmanian traffic cones.
