Thurs 04/02/2026 - Komala
Anyway yesterday was a hit of RNG and we got the blue koala! I think this is the only blue koala but like, I wouldn't put it past pokemon to have another blue koala somewhere down the line (or earlier in the line since this one's in the 700's)
Fri 04/03/2026 - Kabuto
I was definitely a helix fossil devout during the OG twitch plays pokemon so I don't really have a lot to say about Kabuto other than like, god damn does it have "we have metroid at home" vibes.
Or like, the creepy wharf roach / sea louse thing from the 1984 Return of Godzilla. Those things scared the SHIT out of me as a kid. Metroids were always kinda cute in a way the godzilla ones weren't.
Man. Return of Godzilla. What a fucking movie that was, and for them to do an alternate English version that brought back Raymond Burr's character from the English version of the original 1954 film is so fucking funny.
