It's Thanksgiving day here in the US; a holiday predicated on lies about 'peaceful relations' with the indigenous peoples of North America that the colonists violently killed and stole land from - in our household it's basically a day to reflect on spending time with each other, cooking some good food and not balking at an excuse to not have to go to work.
I wanted a food or eating-themed pokemon for today's entry and this motherfucker popped up in my radar. Again, I haven't played Sword and Shield so it took me by surprise; a 'we have Pikachu at home' base design that [checks notes] can't evolve...but can switch into HANGRY MODE where it becomes effectively Monokuma from Danganronpa.
It roasts berries with its electric powers and keeps them in its built-in pockets (??) - if its belly isn't full it gets hangry and turns into a fucking demon.
I learn something new every day. Happy Thanksgiving I guess lmfao
