It's been an exhausting week! Since I got back from seeing my sick dad in California it's been kind of a nonstop barrage of texts from family members about updates to his situation, most of them outright bad. We got some relatively good news considering the situation yesterday but it's been a lot of mostly downs and all I have to cling to is that I did my best while I was there and now I have to just be an observer from 3,000 miles away.
Our washer died right before I left and I had to wait for another paycheck to be able to try to piece together a budget that would allow the purchase of a new one, and thankfully it's coming tomorrow because god DAMN do I wanna wash some clothes lmfao
Dayjob's been a wildfire but I don't talk about that here.
Cats are doing good, which like - hey that's all I can ask for. Why are they photographed on a giant stack of boxes? Story for a later time.
